  • Successful preparation and organization for the emergency medical care and coordination of patients from the annual Coachella and Stage-Coach Music Festivals (bringing over 100,000 visitors into the Coachella Valley within a 2-mile radius of our facility)

  • Successfully led JFK Memorial Hospital in Indio, California, to Chest Pain Center Accreditation exemplifying excellence in cardiac care and led AMC – South of Atlanta, GA, to their Primary Stroke Center Accreditation ensuring the highest quality of care in the stroke patients.

  • Completed an International Health Care Mission in Accra, Ghana (Africa) serving a maximum-security prison and providing health care to over 1000 people in uncharted territories of multiple remote villages.

Sharonda has served as an Associate Administrator of a Critical Access Hospital and Long-Term Health Facility. She’s served as the Director of Nursing in Emergency and Trauma Services, Interim Director of the Intensive Care Unit, Disaster Coordinator, and Service Excellent Coordinator. 

 

She also served as a volunteer with the Ophelia Project mentoring teenage girls, spearheading holiday fundraisers to provide for underprivileged families in the local community as well as representing Hospitals as Team Captain for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and the American Heart Association Helping Build Healthier Lives.
